Terms and conditions.

1.   Products contain no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
2.   Products are suitable for vegetarians
3.   Products are hand wrapped, some in traditional muslin.
4.   Prices include postage and packing in secure containers.
5.   We expect to despatch orders within 5 days of order date.
6.   We cannot guarantee that orders received after 1st December will be delivered in time for Christmas.
7.   All orders will be despatched by 1st Class post, at which point our responsibility ceases
8.   By placing your order, you are deemed to have accepted our full terms and conditions.
9.   The sale of our products will not be considered as complete until we have accepted your offer to
      purchase when your payment is processed and credited to our account.
10.  You may cancel your order with us providing that no part of it has been despatched.  In the event of
       such valid cancellation, no charge will be made and any payment already processed will be returned.
11.  All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include first class postage and packing.
12.  We will take all reasonable steps to ensure delivery within 14 days from receipt of order.
13.  We do not accept orders for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.
14.  It is possible that all or any of our products contain nuts and may be unsuitable for anyone suffering from a nut allergy.
15.  Providing you e-mail us within 10 days of receipt, we will replace or refund that cost of goods not received in perfect
       condition.  This replacement or refund may be subject to our request for you to return to us the goods in question.
16.  The contract for the sale of goods in any transaction with RMS Country Fare shall be exclusively subject to, governed by,
       construed and interpreted in accordance with English law.  The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive
       jurisdiction in respect of it and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with such a contract.
17.  RMS Country Fares shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused.
