I started RMS Country Fares in 2007 making traditional Victorian fruit cakes and Christmas Puddings. I use old farming family recipes handed down from my grandmother and all my products are handmade in small batches.
I source the finest ingredients from around the world. Succulent fruits marinaded in spirits and strong ale, blended with nuts and aromatic spices together with juices from fresh naval oranges. All products are free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives, ensuring a memorable eating experience. There are even many health benefits from eating Christmas Puddings and mixed dried fruits (such as raisins, currants and sultanas) are great sources of antitoxins, helping to neutralise toxins in the body
